Mochabug AB - List of Sub-processors

Mochabug AB uses the following third-party sub-processors to deliver and support our Service. In accordance with our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement, we provide 30 days’ notice before adding new sub-processors.
Current Sub-processors

Data Processing Locations
All Customer Data is stored and processed within the European Union in compliance with GDPR requirements. Sub-processors with non-EU headquarters maintain EU-based infrastructure and comply with EU data protection standards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
Sub-processor Changes
Mochabug will provide 30 days’ advance notice via email to the primary account holder before adding any new sub-processor or materially changing the services provided by an existing sub-processor.
Customers may object to a new sub-processor within 14 days of receiving notice. If the objection cannot be resolved, the Customer may terminate the affected Service without penalty as outlined in Section 4.6 of our Terms of Service.
